Dear Bloggers,
Tiffany has left school now - except for the elephant in the room called the HSC. Her last official day of school was last Thursday and it started with a champagne breakfast. I just love this photo of Tiff and Brad - father and daughter together.
Dear Bloggers,
Sorry for the break in blogging. Life has been very busy here with Brad's mum breaking her hip, Amy getting very sick with a major eye infection causing her cornea to start breaking down and all the antics involved with Tiff leaving school.
I received the latest 'Scrapbooking Memories' magazine today and I was lucky enough to have my LO about Tiffany getting her P plates published. This LO may look quite straight forward and simple but let me tell you behind the scenes it certainly took a while coming together. Have a look.
Hi Bloggers,
Here is my double LO that was published in the most recent issue of Scrapbooking Memories. This one is just full of wonderful Scrapmatts chipboard.
Dear Bloggers,
This post is nothing to do with scrapbooking.
I am a teacher and the other day I made a video of my class using their lego robots to fix a hole in a dam. I took the video on my phone and used Windows movie maker for the first time. The result is very rough but I was proud of it and thought you might like to have a look.
Dear Bloggers,
This month the Scrapmatts Challenge is to use their newest chipboard releases. Now you can't get much more fun than that!!!
I used a 'Heritage' style approach dabbling in the brown, cream and green palette - one that I do not usually use.
Here is the new Memory Keeper - such a lovely way to keep your special memories.
I love the chipboard chair - wish I had a couple IRL!!!

Sorry for the break in blogging but I have been busy creating my entries for the SBM Masters Competition. It's all in now but hey it was a huge effort!!!!
I obviously can not show you my entries for quite some time but here is one of my canvases that I did not enter. One of the requirements of the competition was a 12 x 12inch mixed media canvas. I had several attempts at this and here is one of my rejects along the way. Because I spent so much time on it and it did not turn out how I hoped I really do not like it. I shoved it onto a shelf and turned it around so I could not see it. After a few days a looked at it again and thought maybe I should at least blog these 'groovy girls'. Maybe it's not the best work of art but hey these little girls are maybe worthy of one quick post - that is before I shove them into a drawer and never look at them again.
Blue Bazaar put together great kits each month and this month I had the honour of designing 5 layouts and the instructions for these http://www.bluebazaar.com.au/products/Bazaar-Kit-Dilly-Dally.html Here is a look at some of them. For the rest - buy the kit of course !!!!
