Large slimline Christmas Cards using the: 'Twinkle Background Die', 'Jumbo Ornaments Die' and 'Opposites Attract Christmas Duos', Stamps and Dies. All from the Greetery (Post 5 of 8)

The day I stumbled across 'The Greetery' was a gift.  I think their dies, stamps and more are the nicest I have seen anywhere, and after 20 years of crafting that is really saying something!  On the Greetery website, the designers showcase their work in 'look books'. Wow these certainly blew my mind away; you definitely need to take a look for yourself.

The Greetery makes the 'Jumbo Ornaments Dies' and I used these so many times I have cards to fill 8 posts. I would love you to have a look.

I was so pleased with how this cards turned out, I gifted it to myself (lol).  It was nice to use red and turquoise, as they are so bold and balance each other nicely. The background was created using, 'Lisa Horton Crafts' - Slimline - 3D Embossing Folder - 'Candy Canes and Berries'. Isn't it just fabulous, so chunky, fun and totally Christmassy.

Large slimline Christmas Card in Pink and White using the: 'Jumbo Ornaments Die' from the Greetery: Spellbinders, 'Parcel and Post Christmas Decorations' dies and Spellbinders, 'Tis the Season, Christmas Blooms Dies. (Post 2 of 8)

Dear Bloggers,

The day I stumbled across 'The Greetery' was a gift.  I think their dies,  stamps and more are the nicest I have seen anywhere, and after 20 years of crafting that is really saying something. On the Greetery website, there are 'look book's where their designers showcase their work.  Have a look, as they certainly took my breath away.

In this card, I used 'Jumbo Ornaments Dies' by The Greetery.  I love these dies so much, I made enough cards to fill 8 posts.  I would love you to have a look at them all.

Here, I opted for a pink, gold and white colour scheme, as an alternative to the traditional Christmas green and red. I liked how the different shades of pink all worked together and provided a nice contrast to the small pops of green.

Please see the full list of supplies at the end of this post.

Christmas Cards with Christmas Wreaths using Impression Obsession 'DIE023-X Twig, Wreath Die Set', and Spellbinders, 'Tis the Season', 'Christmas Blooms' dies.

Dear Bloggers,

I pulled my 'Twig, Wreath Die Set' by Impression Obsession out of the far reaches of my overfilled drawer.  This is such a lovely wreath and I was so excited to finally use the dies after purchasing them quite a few years ago.

I had a wonderful time layering leaves, bells and bows. I even made a little bow out of scrap felt I found lying around.  I went to town adding bling all over the twiggy wreath. The sentiments from the set, 'Christmas Magic' by Spellbinders, were foiled. This was my second, and significantly improved attempt at using my new Glimmer Foil Machine by spellbinders. I love the mixed fonts.

I wanted the cards to feel 'rustic and warm' so I rummaged through my stash to find papers with wood grain, country checks, leaves and more.

I was very excited to finally use my red jewel star on a long pin: can you see it on the card with the black and white check background?  I think the star has been waiting 'for its time to shine', for well over 10 years.  I hope the recipient of the card appreciates it (lol). I do, however, still have a matching green star, that is still waiting for its 'forever home'. Maybe next Christmas?? or the one after that.....

Simple and Stylish Christmas Cards using Spellbinders - 'Sealed for the Holidays Collection' - Etched Dies - 'Holly Sprigs' and Spellbinders - 'Tis The Season Collection' - Etched Dies - 'Christmas Blooms'.

Dear Bloggers,

These cards were quick and easy to make using Spellbinders - 'Sealed for the Holidays Collection' - Etched Dies - 'Holly Sprigs.' It was fun digging out my old stash of washi tapes to secure the stems in place.
I used my Glimmer Foil Machine for the first time and foiled the Christmas Sentiments. It was a bit of a learning curve but after a few goes the foiling process went really well.

I cut the flowers using one of my favourite set of dies for Xmas Flowers: Spellbinders - 'Tis The Season Collection' - 'Christmas Blooms'.
I then used a variety of coloured, embossed, patterned and glitter paper and white cardstock to complete the cards.  I thought finished products were quite stylish.
