This handmade unicorn wall hanging is created on the Little Birdie Crafts MDF Unicorn Head base (10 × 13 inches) and embellished with bright pink, white and turquoise Prima flowers, bringing vibrant colour and floral texture to whimsical wall decor.

This is the third and final post in my off-the-page 3D unicorn series, featuring a second handcrafted unicorn wall hanging created on a Little Birdie Crafts MDF Unicorn Head base. In contrast to the previous soft, dusty pink design, this piece is brighter and bolder, finished with vibrant bright pink, white and turquoise Prima flowers — a whimsical, floral wall decor piece perfect for nurseries and children’s rooms.

Well… maybe not just for children’s rooms. The little girl in me still loves unicorns, the colours pink and turquoise, and flowers — and oh, how I love Prima Flowers. Add a sprinkling of sparkle and plenty of bling, and what could be more perfect?

To be truthful, one of the unicorns is now hanging in my craft room. My husband wasn’t quite as keen on it making an appearance in our bedroom 😄

Floral Unicorn Decor Series — Part 2 | Wall Hanging with Turquoise & Dusty Pink Prima Flowers

This is Part 2 of my Floral Unicorn Decor Series, featuring the first of two unicorn wall hangings crafted on a Little Birdie Crafts MDF Unicorn Head base and finished with turquoise and dusty pink Prima flowers.

For this piece, I wanted to work with a slightly muted colour palette, and the dusty pink blooms felt like the perfect choice. They gave the unicorn a gentle shabby chic quality, with a subtle, almost vintage feel.

Look closely and you’ll spot delicate clear dragonflies, Prima Pearls, and little touches of glitter nestled among the flowers. Wouldn’t this be gorgeous on a little girl’s wall or in a nursery?

This is Post 1 in my Floral Unicorn Décor Series, and it features a pair of freestanding unicorns adorned with white, pink and grey Prima flowers—perfect for nurseries, children’s rooms, or whimsical spaces.

I have two little granddaughters, Scout and Calli-Rose, who adore unicorns, glitter and all things pink. They have a bedroom at our house, so I made this adorable pair of unicorns to sit on their shelves as they fall asleep. Scout and Calli-Rose believe the unicorns watch over them through the night — and I rather like to think they do.

I was so pleased with how this cards turned out, I gifted it to myself (lol).  It was nice to use red and turquoise, as they are so bold and balance each other nicely. The background was created using, 'Lisa Horton Crafts' - Slimline - 3D Embossing Folder - 'Candy Canes and Berries'. Isn't it just fabulous, so chunky, fun and totally Christmassy.
