Christmas Layouts using Heidi Swapps 'Believe' Christmas 2013 Range

Dear Bloggers,

I have been having a little Christmas in April scrapping fest using Heidi Swapp's stunning Believe Range. 

The journaling is on the inside of the panel with the heart and when you open it up and read the heart frames Amy and Tiff's faces.

I made the cute shaker in a class taught by Kim Jeffress....thanks Kim it works so well here.

I was especially happy with the next LO.  I had lots of photos so I used some of the pages from my 'Believe Journal' to make an interactive book on my page.  Hope you like it.

Travel - Blue card

HCPC 3599 Balloon and Bicycle PreCut Set

Other Products used for project other than Heartfelt Creations.

2 ¼” circle punch, onyx black versafine ink, white string, Liquid pearls black, frinkles and white bazzill.

Project Instructions:

Card measures 5 x 4”

Cut out panel from the ‘Celebrate The Journey’ collection and stamp the bicycle from HCPC 3599 Balloon and Bicycle PreCut Set onto the base.  Stamp bicycle again onto the same coloured paper and cut out the two wheels using a 2 ¼” circle punch.  Also cut out the rear mud guard. Stamp the flower basket portion of the stamp onto blue paper from the collection several times and fussy cut the flowers.  Stick the cut out wheels, mud guard and flowers onto the card as shown in the photo.  Cut out some balloons using images from the internet as guides or dies if you have them.  (I used Penny Black Creative Die ‘Uplifting’ Product No 51-005).  Dangle fine white string from the balloons and join the strings at the front handle bars of the bike.  Add frinkles to the centre of your flowers. Cut out and attach ‘Travel’.

Cut out panel from the ‘Celebrate The Journey’ collection and stamp the bicycle from HCPC 3599 Balloon and Bicycle PreCut Set onto the base.  Stamp bicycle again onto the same coloured paper and cut out the two wheels using a 2 ¼” circle punch. Baby Shower Card using Penny Black Stamp

Dear Bloggers,
My daughter is going to a baby shower today for a close friend.  She wanted me to make a card but I did not have any stamps that were appropriate.  Then I pulled out one of my old Penny Black stamp with the flowers being watered and growing.  Perfect for the job.  Out came my old tombow markers and here is the card.

Double Layout 'Little Me'.

The latest Scrapbooking Creations magazine arrived in my mail box today.  I was lucky enough to have my double page LO entitled 'Little Me' published in the magazine.

My very good friend Robyn Whitelake also had her Prima Doll tags published.  A big huge congratulations to Robyn as this is the first time she has had her worked published.  Have a look for yourself - she did an AWESOME JOB.

Floral Wreathe using Hand Made Flowers by Heartfelt Creations

Dear Bloggers,

I pulled out my Twinklings H2Os and painted lots of Heartfelt Creation Flowers with this sparkly mixture.  When dry, I shaped the petals and assembled the flowers.  The wreathe took a bit of fiddling and time for it all to come together but I was thrilled with the final result.

Project Instructions:

Card measures 6 x6”.  Cut out the panel from the ‘Once Upon A Time Collection’.  Stamp  HCPC 3595 Floral Clocks PreCut  the and colour and cut out.  Stamp HCPC 3318 Daisy Patch Flowers PreCut Set and cut out using HCPC Daisy Patch Die. Shape with the Paper Blossoms Molding Mat and Tool Kit.  Stamp HCPC 3594 Time Sentiments PreCut Set and cut out with the Once Upon A Time Die.  Assemble as shown in the picture and adhere the card front to vertically folded white bazzill 12” x 6”.  Slip the pink bow under the flowers.

Project Instructions:

Card Measures 6 x 6”. Cut out the panel from the ‘Once Upon A Time Collection’ and the text  ‘good times’. Stamp, colour and cut out HCPC 3591 Alarm and Watch PreCut  onto white card.  Stamp HCPC 3318 Daisy Patch Flowers PreCut Set and cut out using HCPC Daisy Patch Die. Shape with the Paper Blossoms Molding Mat and Tool Kit.  Add card face to green bazzill 5.5” x 5.5” and then onto vertically folded white bazzill 12” x 6”.  Outline details with a fine line of glue and add clear glitter.  Add bling and ribbon as shown in the photo.  Cut and emboss  leaves using HCPC 3545 Open Leaf PreCut set and HCPC 736 Classic Leaf Die

Ribbon, string and 3D foam mounting tape

Project Instructions:

Card measures 6 x 6”. Cut out ‘Once Upon A Time’ papers 5.75” x 5.75” and 5” x  3.75”.  Stamp HCPC 3590 Embrace Time Background PreCut Set onto the smaller piece of paper with clear embossing ink and heat emboss with detailed fine white opaque powder.  Stamp  HCPC 3594 Time Sentiments PreCut Set and cut out with Once Upon A Time Die.  Arrange as shown in the photo and use 3D tape to mount one of the smaller circles onto a larger one to create the focal point. Tie twine around the card front and secure with a bow.  Add extra bow to the card.
