Post 8 in my Concord & 9th Triple-Step Happy Day Card series focuses on elevating card designs by adding floral embellishments and layered shapes.
I decided to 'step the cards up' a bit by adding some extra stamped flowers, die-cut hearts, and scalloped details. Those additional blooms worked so well layered onto the base card, and I had a lot of fun playing around with super cute chunky designs and building up the layers. The tiny hearts, raised up next to the sentiment, looked great and I just love those little pops of red scattered throughout the design.
