Concord & 9th Triple-Step Happy Day Card Series | Post 2 — Lilac, Coral and Mint

Featured Card

Handmade card created using the Concord & 9th Triple-Step Happy Day stamp and die set, featuring the triple-step stamping technique with lilac, coral, and mint inks to form the “Oh Happy Day” sentiment.
This card uses the triple-step stamping technique to combine lilac, coral, and mint, with each stamp adding a different colour to the finished Oh Happy Day sentiment.

Behind the Featured card and More

Post 2 in my Concord & 9th Triple-Step Happy Day Card series is about using inks and papers in some of my favourite colours: purple, coral and mint.

As I mentioned in the first post of this series, I went a little bit crazy and ended up making lots of cards using these stamps and dies. Once I got started, I just couldn’t stop! That meant I had plenty of opportunities to play around with different colour combinations, and I especially loved working with my favourite colour palette.

I explain the Triple-Step Stamping technique, used to create these cards in more detail in the first post of the series. So if you’re curious about how it all comes together, click here.

If you’ve enjoyed these cards and would like to see more, you’ll find links to all the posts in the Triple-Step Happy Day series waiting for you at the end of this post
